Tabasco, the youngest of our inside fur-children has to cuddle or lean against another warm body — whether the warmth is derived from one of us (his humans) or he finds a willing participant among his siblings! There is no denying him … to Tabasco, this is not an option! 
Today is a cold and rainy day in Central Texas. Tabasco has not moved from under the covers … yet! I can not say I blame him!

I would be just like Tabasco – cuddled up under a blanket. In fact,
I have a scarf on right now to keep my neck warrm. Who says it doesn’t
get cold in Florida?? LAst night it was 50 … Brrrrr ….!!!

i too ran wild and free over the dunes on the island ..
as well as anywhere else we chose in the then undeveloped areas..
sadly, civilization has taken root allowing suburban sprawl..
but our memories are intact..
