Animals can be such a gift to us. I remember when, my now 16yr old cat, Hemingway first came to live with me. I got him to be a friend to Oliver (now gone) and he but a kitten and Oliver 4yrs old. Hemingway would jump on Oliver’s tail and hold on and Oliver would make the most irritated of sounds but over the years they became best buddies after all.
