I absolutely love labyrinths. The stone so reminds me, though, of when my son was a very small child and they were selling pet rocks at the store. He decided he wanted one but we just could not afford it with raising kids so he went outside and found his own. Love this post as it reminds me of so many things, not the least of which is labyrinths. It’s been a long time since I’ve walked one.
The first one I walked is this one — it is certainly non conventional — the labyrinth path is circular (per se) however it is decorated with a variety of unusual items from colored rocks, to statues, to flowers, plaque, bottles, pieces of pottery etc. Very eclectic. I enjoyed walking it in the full moon last summer. I am glad the rock brought back memories for you — all good I hope!!

A pretty rock,,,reminds me of a muffin top the way it’s placed on the other rock’s surface. A bright spot in our Monday,,,,
