      It is a photograph I took at my sister’s last winter. Crepe Myrtles are very popular trees throughout the south. The bark, particularly evident in the winter, peels … unveiling lovely contrasting colors. The trunks may be singular or multiple. The summer blooms are like confetti — in a variety of colors such as white, pink, lilac, magenta, pink. I posted a blooming one during the summer … Sunday Trees – 38
