Versatile Blogger Award

Lynnaima, goldenhairbear, fiveloaf seabell and Nimue nominated me for the Versatile Blogger Award.

I thank you very much for this honor. OMG … This is the absolute coolest and most unexpected surprise for this new blogger (me)! 🙂 I did not even realize there was such an award!!

Please check out their blogs. They bring delight to my spirit each time I encounter them through their talented postings and comments.

The Rules to accept the award are as follows:

  • Thank the person who awarded you and link back to them in your post.
  • Tell 7 random facts about yourself.
  • Pass the award on to 15 new found bloggers.
  • Contact each blogger you want to pass the award onto and let them know you’ve done so, and let the giver of your award know you accept it.

Seven (7) Random Facts about me:

  1. Six (6) months ago, I asked “what is Haiku?”; two (2) months ago:“what is blogging?”
  2. Mid-Summer 2010 – backed into a corner to try painting – clueless then, grateful now. Becca’s Art – Pages includes the results of my meditative art.
  3. I LOVE colors … a riot of colors is a positive charge for me and a spirit booster
  4. I LOVE steaming dark-roasted coffee in a pottered mug
  5. I LOVE to travel …
  6. Our home is an energy beacon for traveling 4-legged beings – some only stop for a rest on their journey, and some decide to stay … we now have 9 cats and 3 dogs
  7. I delight in paying forward with “Random Acts of Kindness”

My nominations are:

  6. Thank you for the nomination, Becca. I enjoyed learning more about you. I’m also a lover of four-legged’s but can only manage 2 dogs because of our lifestyle between 2 places. If I don’t get the award posted, please understand. I was away last week and am trying to dig out from under!

I have just included you in my journal of daily blessings — thank you very much Becca for yet another blessing for today! You love colors, travel, and tried painting? I will enjoy your company then! I have just learned haiku this year and needless to say I have so much more to know especially when I read your wonderful haiku!

I enjoyed that movie about paying it forward but I can assure you that in my life I rarely see the back end 🙂

I LOVE to travel as well and am looking to my first trip back home in 18 years, scary yet exciting at the same time. 🙂
