Heads nuzzle and bump
Tails wag like airplanes
Bubbling joy contagious

This is my first entry as part of Share the Joy Thursday, hosted by Meri at Meri’s Musings. What is your joy?
____________________________________________
Our home is apparently a beacon and/or portal for energy-beings with 4 legs and fur. Many pass through for a visit, some stop and stay awhile, some stop long enough for us to help them cross over to the “Rainbow Bridge”, and some join our forever family!
We have a total of 12 who permanently claim my husband and me.
Yes, that is correct – twelve – 12! and Y e s, we agree, that is too many!
All of the “kids” would agree with you as well, but none of them, are volunteering to leave home. 🙂
They range is age from 13 years to 12 months.
Our energy is spread throughout our home – back yard, inside, porch and front yard. These energy-beings teach us many lessons on our path in this world. Each of them individually and collectively give us many hours of joy, stories and unconditional love. We can not imagine life without them.
We also have several fur-nieces and fur-nephews we love as our own as well.
Many people want to know their names … So, here is the roll call:
Puppies (dogs)
Tippy ~ Chloe ~ Utah
Kittens (cats)
Miss Magnolia ~ Chocolate Truffles (Truffie) ~ Whisper
Shady Boudreaux O’Neill
Goldie ~ Callie ~ Midnite (siblings)
Tabasco
Front Porch
Ya-Ya
Daily Visitors
Jazzy ~ Velvet ~ Gemini ~ The Twins and Mr. Grey
Nieces and Nephews
Sweet Pea ~ Daisy ~ Woody Two Shooze ~ Grayson
Katie ~ Marco Polo
and Chloe

Saya – thank you for visiting.
I did not grow up with pets … so this indeed has been a learning experience for me … Although, I am mainly a dog person, I seem to have more cats … each having their own energy to contribute to our household … all with totally different personalities … each equipped with a lesson to teach me. It has been fun!

At times, they can sweet as angels … some will stand still long enough for me to pose – others I have to wait to catch them at the right moment! 🙂

Oh, I love your canine family, but I’m a hopeless dog-lover. I wish we could have more but not allowed where we live. If I were younger I would want to buy a ranch and rescue!

Thank you very much – they bring us much joy! I too want to buy a large piece of property with high fence and an angled fence at the top – so nothing can get in or out … and rescue. It is on my manifestation list! Thank you for stopping by for a visit.

Thank you ever so much for sharing your little bundles of furry JOY with us. This has really made my day, I don’t post too often about my own boys Dougal & Jasper, like babies some people think enough is enough! I would post everyday though because they fill my heart so!

Sue, I completely understand what you are saying. I hesitated in adding to the Haiku reference … but thought, I would “throw caution to the wind” – at least this once … yet, I do not guarantee it will be the last :-). Afterall, they are a huge part of my day, and my mission on earth! I appreciate your visit.
