Baby sister laughs
Almost “cute enough to eat!”
Second serving primed

Based on an old saying “cute enough to eat”
Figuratively: to appreciate something
This is one of two “Food for Thought” images … After a couple of excruciatingly painful but nonetheless real world/human issue prompts, I just could not delve into the deep dark depths of either photo images for today. My intention is not to make light of the situations, for they are very much real; yet traveling the road of despair today did not resonate with me. Please indulge me today with a carefree version.

Becca, you certainly have my fullest permission to be a little more light hearted about this would-be heartrending image. This little girls does seem healthy, content, clean, and on a tray containing healthy foods. Now, some would say this is a “lazy” method of childcare while eating–but hey, not necessarily. This baby really is very cute!

I definitely share your sentiments–these were hard pictures and I couldn’t write on the first one and do it justice, so I wrote on the second and did it a comic turn, which you did as well 🙂
