Ruby Tuesday – 05

Apple Picking Orchard
Georgia Mountains
In the Autumn

To me, there is something nurturing and “grounding” about picking fresh fruit in orchards. The fruit seems to taste better; and provides hours of enjoyment, resulting in ample “fruits for our labor!” as well as the sense of accomplishment. Plus, I endure things I would otherwise dismiss and/or totally avoid, i.e. brambles, stickers, crawling around etc. 😀
