Hyde Park Poetry Week has returned for Thursday Poet’s Rally. It re-opened with Thursday Poets Rally Week 71 (August 22-29, 2012).
To refresh our memories and return us to the “mood”, entries from the last Rally in March 2011 were included. It was nice to revisit poets I had not read in quite some time; and read the current entries of familiar poets as well as experience the creative writing of new ones.
I am honored for the recognition among those selected to receive the latest award. My entry for this rally was Sizzling.
As in the past, we are asked to accept our award along with a nomination of another poet. I would like to nominate Tigercity’s Blog
