I used to be a railroad trestle walker as a kid – it was more dangerous than we knew, but terrifically exciting. Your image and words capture that childhood experience – and the deeper, more adult meanings – beautifully!

    Great delicate touch. 😉

  3. I like the way how you’ve used ‘circus’ in this nice haiku. Life is a journey and sometimes it feels like walking on a tight rope.

Telling the truth is harder now as all are better informed, including kids. It’s certainly a tight rope situation. Nicely becca!
