I understand about finding time when you are caring for someone else. It is comical sometimes when I run in the bedroom for five minutes when my husband comes home and come out with something that looks like a deep meditation :).

I like meditative abstracts, and have even been known to paint them myself. 🙂 The act of painting them is so calming and centering.
