Hi Becca – great to see you here, with such a comforting poem – full of love.
Thank you!! It is a time of comfort, peace-making and love!
So wonderful to see you taking up the challenge, and even more of a pleasure to see such a result. The poem’s evocation – at least for me – is one of comfort, of finding a way that once may have been lost, of being made whole once again. Isn’t it surprising how something so meaningful and personal can come out of an assemblage of book titles that would otherwise be unrelated? Well done.
Thank you, Sam!! You summarized it perfectly!! Thank you for the challenge. 😀
Beautiful verses ~ Lovely to see you at D’verse Becca ~
😀 Thank you, Grace!!
Nice stack Becca:)
Sending you and your Mom a special thought… xoxox
Thank you, Sue … all special thoughts are appreciated. 😀
ah it is quite a journey isnt it…i remember the summers of my youth when love was very different….i rather like it more now..less mending to do…smiles.
Much of this mending has been a long time waiting …
For me … now a days — with age and wisdom — hopefully there is less mending necessary!! 😀
oh nice… what a beautiful nod to your mom’s journey indeed.. and love waits surely in this new home..
I know Love awaits her in her Home … and I pray this absolutely gives her comfort. Thank you, Claudia for the encouraging feedback.
Welcome to dVerse Becca – it’s great to see you and to see you joining in too. I love your titles and the way you have combined them. I might have ordered them differently, but the overall effect and message would have been similar.
Thank you, Tony … there are several ways I considered stacking, but it kept coming back to this one! Appreciate the welcome and the visit! 😀
I love what you did…I just did my first post of Spine Poetry even tho I have seen the prompt before but not posted. Yours encouraged me to post mine.
You also mentioned this is your first dVerse post…I love their prompts/challenges. Sometimes I can do them, sometimes not,… and sometimes long after the closing for posts I have an aha moment. I always learn something here.
Peace and love
Keeping you and your family in my thoughts and prayers.
Siggi – I had this on my “to do” list of forms. Although, my list is a short one … I’ve kept putting it off. I think the outcome lends itself to some amazing surprises.
Thank you for the thoughts and prayers. Very much appreciated. xox
There is a sense of healing in this which is quite comforting. I have read Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers…such a beautiful story…
This has been a very healing summer … I am praying it gives my mom peace in her last days!! I know I am at peace for the impending outcome! Thank you for your visit and comment. 😉
I like how you stacked this. Well done!
Thank you! 😀
Ah. It’s not often that daring mends hearts, but I’m glad this did. Thank you.
