Running up with a dime for that cold blast while Dad got gas in the 58 Caddy.
Collecting bottles for the 2 cents and finding a few quarts would get a soda and a brown bag of candy. What a life

I have a vague recollection but the Coca Cola machine in our general store actually lay flat, more like a freezer. Great color!
