    The Witch of November just flew in here, let me tell you! Rain and a north wind now, and windows steaming up — a sure sign of dropping temperatures. I guess I should find some socks and a pair of long pants, so my transition isn’t so stressful!

      She is passing now — the North Wind is the worse in an 112 year old house and makes anything a flying object outside … but fortunately at the moment – no rain … the inside fur-kiddos are freaking out, and we are attempting to make accommodations for the porch cats. Hunker down and stay warm till she blows away!
