First Snow – Tan Renga

Written for the Carpe Diem Challenge #60:    write a Tan Renga.

Tan Renga is a two stanza poem with 5-7-5 and 7-7 syllables (5-7-5-7-7).  Unlike a Tanka written by one poet, Tan Renga is written by two.  Poet One writes the  5-7-5 and Poet Two completes 7-7.

Original Poet:   Yozakura (1640-1716)

bright autumn moon
bare branches moving like arms –
the first snow

[ … ] your stanza ??????

~~~~~
bright autumn moon
bare branches moving like arms –
the first snow
drifting like white confetti
fairy dust adds to shimmer
