I am happy to have found your event. I am presently clearing a Greenbelt lot from invasive vines. The vines have killed so many trees but some can still be saved. I think I will share some of the photos I take as I go forward in that project on Sunday Trees.

I also am managing editor for a monthly PNW GreenFriends newsletter. Last month’s issue had a feature section on Trees. You can see the October issue at I’m wondering if you might want to share some of your tree photos in our next newsletter. If you would like to explore that option you can write me at

What a wonderful thing to be celebrating — and what wonderful trees you’ve given us over the years! I spy many more great trees in the distance, all eager to be shown off by the lovely Becca!
