What an unusual — but beautiful — tree! Love it! The stories it could tell….

Love it when a tree’s branches sprawl out everywhere. A Happy Easter to you!

I love the way this one has spread horizontally as much or more than it’s gone vertical. It’s a beautiful tree — and what a place for it to live. It’s hard to think of the 13th century; how different things must have been then. (Or perhaps not: human nature, at least, seems fairly consistent!)
