384th Sunday Trees

Our 1st Fig Tree
Variety – Celeste Fig

Planted in memory of my grandmother!
Like our peach tree from last week, our fig also seems to have
survived the unexpected deep freeze of earlier March
as well as the high winds and massive thunder-storm!

    That’s a beautiful tree. I didn’t think of leather, but of some sort of sculpture. Great photo, and even better survival skills on the part of that tree!

      I did not realize until this afternoon — the “buds” are actually leaves! Such a delightful surprise to find this afternoon while watering! Hope you enjoyed the sunshine and milder temperatures of the weekend! ❤
