3rd Anniv of Sunday Trees

Today’s episode of Sunday’s Trees marks the 3rd Anniversary of Sunday Trees.  I am pleased to declare each of guardians has made only one appearance on Sunday Trees!

Sunday Trees - 156 3rd Anniv

Trees exhibit and symbolize living in the world with grace, groundedness, openness and connectedness.  They assist the movement of energy by connecting with the Earth and acting as a channel for its energy.

Dependent on the world around it, trees require light, water, air and soil to grow and flourish.  In order to survive, it must develop a strong root system deep into the ground while extending towards the sky to the sun.  In this survival act, trees must be grounded in the Earth while opening to the sky.  Without the deep grounding of roots, a strong wind can topple it or uproot it.  A well-grounded tree can withstand storms and the turmoil of the outside world.  Trees must also be flexible so as not to break in the wind … requiring a natural balance of strong grounding and flexibility.  Humans would do well by following the examples of trees – striving for the perfect balance to withstand the turmoil and challenges of life.

Here’s to more years of connecting with Sunday Trees, and the trees healing modality. 😀

Thank you for following me on this journey!
